Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Patch Radar ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to them.

1. What the Service does

Patch Radar performs passive, read-only scans of publicly accessible web pages to identify the versions of WordPress core, plugins, and themes in use, and cross-references them against a database of known vulnerabilities. It produces an informational report.

2. Authorised use only

You may only scan websites you own or are authorised to manage. You agree not to use the Service to scan third-party sites without permission. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have authorisation.

3. No guarantee

Reports are best-effort and informational. Absence of a finding does not guarantee a site is secure, and a finding is not proof of compromise. The Service does not fix vulnerabilities; you remain responsible for patching and securing your sites.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Patch Radar is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the Service.

5. Acceptable use

You will not abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
