Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with Patch Radar. This policy explains cancellations and refunds.

1. Free plan

The Free plan is free forever. There is nothing to cancel or refund.

2. Cancellation

Paid plans (Pro, Agency) are billed monthly. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by emailing billing@patch-radar.aiskillhub.info. Cancellation stops future billing; you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

3. Refunds

If you're not satisfied, email us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. After 7 days, monthly charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel to prevent future charges.

4. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days via our payment provider (Razorpay/Stripe).
