Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Patch Radar handles data, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 and the GDPR where applicable.

1. What we collect

Scan input: the domain you submit and the public scan results. Account data (for paid plans): name, email, and billing details. Usage data: privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics (page views, scans run) with no cross-site tracking.

2. What we do not collect

We do not log into your site, collect your site's credentials, or read non-public content. Scanning is passive and read-only.

3. How we use data

To run scans, deliver reports and alerts, process payments, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal data.

4. Payment data

Payments are processed by our payment providers (Razorpay for India, Stripe for global). We do not store full card numbers.

5. Retention

Free scan results are retained for up to 30 days. Paid account scan history is retained for the life of the account. You can request deletion at any time.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal data by emailing privacy@patch-radar.aiskillhub.info.

We use only essential cookies and privacy-friendly analytics. No third-party advertising cookies.
